"The staff was very helpful and kind..professional but personable. The location of this property is sketchy, and I did not feel safe outside after dark. Alot of trash and unkept grounds, signs of homeless. Rooms are pretty small. It's a quick 10 minute walk to Mascot station but if it was after dark I always used a cab. "The room was amazing and was super clean when I first arrived. It did take a couple days of having my room cleaning sign outside my door for the staff to clean it but it wasn’t too big of a deal as I was only one person. The communal kitchen was not too useful as all of the plates, bowls and cutlery were used. The building was overall very clean. The laundry room and roof were nicely maintained and the pac man machine was a great inclusion in the laundry room. I had a lovely stay!"
