Der Empfang als auch die Verabschiedung vom Hotel, waren wenig empathisch. Keine Nachfrage zur Anreise noch ein „auf Wiedersehen, wie hat es Ihnen gefallen“. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr nett. Der Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner war eine bessere Abstellkammer, der Zustand der Geräte war nicht besonders, Waschmittel war nicht vorhanden. Wir sind lieber in eine andere Wäscherei gegangen. Die Zimmerreinigung war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, nur hätte auch regelmäßig gesaugt werden können.

Close to CBD, Central Station and conference centre. Comfy bed and good shower. Lots of restaurants within 2-5 minutes walk.

I only stayed for two nights and had a late check-in, the desk is 24 hours which was convenient. I was greeted with some water to take back to my room which was nice. The room was clean and was quite big. The shower was a bit small (over tub) but it was clean, useable and functioning properly. I didn't use the other facilitates on the premises however overall, my experience based on the fact I was only in my room to shower and rest, it was decent and reasonably priced. Great location and walking distance from Darling Harbour/Square (eateries) and a supermarket as well.

Quiet . Stayed in a dated apartment with a small bath on the 16th floor. Having to bring your liggage up through back entrance was a chore. One person on front desk had limited English. You got what you paid for.

The reason I gave 3* because the shampoo was completely empty when I realized I was in the middle of showering so I had to walk outside to get the refill. Also the bed mattress was too soft and shinking, I guess is about time to be replaced. #1111

Another enjoyable stay at this hotel. Easy walking distance to ICC theatre and many dining choices at China Town. Also walking distance to Central station and light rail. Comfortable bed. Room very clean and breakfast was fresh and tasty. Will not hesitate to stay again.

Best location, close to the central station and lots of food around. It faces a quiet street so you won't hear traffic at any time during the day. The room is spacious and very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

this hotel was centrally located close to public transit. staff was excellent and very accommodating to all our needs. i would definitely recommend this hotel as it was a good value for the price.

A hotel located within the Chinatown precincts and 5 minute walk to rail and light rail transport options. 5 minute walk to Darling Square dining precinct. Large comfortable room with a very comfortable bed. Very quiet. Parking next door.

Close to light rail and central station. Also close to Darling square dining precint. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and gym looked good however we didnt use. Restaurant onsite also looked good but we ate out. Would stay again.

Enjoyed my stay checkin is at 3 I got a early check-in at 10. Lovely spacious room. Very close to restaurants, train stations, tram , Darling Harbour, supermarket . Restaurant in Hotel great food and cocktails. All in all a great experience will be coming here again.

Hotel conveniently located by Central station for travel needs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dennis at check-in desk was especially helpful. Room was comfortable with great beds and quiet. Wonderful overall experience.

Location - perfect for all sightseeing. Quiet. Big bedroom - comfortable beds - helpful staff. An older hotel (previously 'Novatel') has been given an obvious 'lick'. Food mostly good but we returned 2 dinners. One unedible (refunded) and the other with only one piece of Pork belly in the middle of a big plate for $32 did nothing for our appetite or wallet! (They did offer us to pay only $16 each - but that was way too much for what was offered! This is why one star is missing.
