"The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful. Only thing I expected, maybe just used to it, is daily housekeeping. At least just to collect garbage. Otherwise it was a good stay. Central location."

"3rd floor + our room musty smelling, shower drain was so slow that water came under shower glass wall + filled half the bathroom. Bath vanity bowl did not drain well as well."

"Wonderful view of the bridge and harbour. Coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket close by. One complaint we had was the sound of trains underneath the hotel, although we did get used to this, and the trains did not run all night. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant had a very limited menu. We did not sample the breakfast buffet but chose to visit restaurants in the area."

"It was very nice. It was very expensive to the pint of being ridiculously pricey! Most staff were a good a few had a bit of an attitude if they thought you look like you didn’t have money. Overall nice hotel to stay and great location."

"Room was ok, the shower was very hard to manipulate so ended up standing on the edge of a boiling hot stream of water. No room service which was disappointing. Coffee at breakfast not fabulous, recommend going for a long black and adding milk as it’s powdered milk in the machine. "

"The hotel was very conveniently located to access a great public transportation system. Very clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool area was good but dated. Access into the pool could be updated to allow easier access in and out for people with mobility issues. "

"There was no hot water for my evening and again for my morning shower. My colleague on another floor tells me his shower had no water halfway through and he had to wipe soap off himself without water. We advised reception on morning checkout and they said yes they understand there seems to be a problem. We both paid full rate for our rooms ?"

"Did not use gym or jacuzzi. Gym has everything you need for strength training during a short stay. Did not see yoga mats though, may be nice to have."
