Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Design ist "old school" im besten Sinne...gemütlich, heimelig, sehr schön...wir waren in der Vorweihnachtszeit, das Hotel war liebevoll dekoriert...sehr aufmerksam war, dass jeden Tag auf den Nachttischen eine frische Flasche Wasser bereit gestellt wurde, sogar bei der Abreise wurde uns für die Fahrt nach Hause eine Flasche Wasser angeboten...dazu ein schöner Wellnessbereich und sehr nettes Personal...was will man mehr?

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, das Personal ist super freundlich gewesen. Ich glaube Kritikpunkte sind eher aufgrund von persönlichen Vorlieben. Ich mag zum Beispiel lieber ein Frühstücksbüffet als nur bedient zu werden. Die Speisen waren auf jeden Fall sehr Hochwertig. Mein Bett fand ich zu hart und habe bei der Abreise erfahren dass ich einfach nach einem Topper hätte fragen können. Es war trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt lit super Lage.

Hotelzimmer, die eine Renovierung nötig haben.

Die Insel Sylt war toll, wie immer. Nur vom Hotel war ich enttäuscht, mein Zimmer hatte mit einem 5 Sterne Hotel nichts zu tun. Trotz Beschwerde und der Bitte mal mit ins Zimmer zu kommen, und die Mängel gemeinsam anzuschauen, wurde nicht nachgekommen. Es gab auch keinerlei Entschädigung, es wurde einfach ignoriert.
Schimmel und Dreck, der trotz Aufforderung nicht entfernt wurde.

Schade, hat es nicht mit einem ruhigen Zimmer in den Innenhof geklappt, aber sonst war wirklich alles super. Nur ein kleiner Tipp: Der Kollege, welchem einem zum Zimmer begleitet (bzw. in meinem Fall bis zum Lift) könnte ja ein paar wenige Worte über das Haus verlieren, z.B. was zu den Restaurants, Spa und wo es Frühstück gibt. Aber sonst wirklich alle hervorragend. Ich würde jederzeit und ohne Einschränkung wieder kommen.
