"The coffee was great! The rooms were not cleaned and the front desk attendant was alone Saturday at 4:45 and we had to go retrieve fresh towels ourselves."

"Reserved a king bed, received confirmation, got to the hotel and non available. The 2 double bed room given wasn't even cleaned from previous occupants. Went back to the front desk to get a cleaned room. I expected much more from a Marriott hotel. Very disappointed."

"Great stay for a trip with my friends and I. The only hotel with rooms that had 3 beds which is what accommodated our needs. Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Check out the Oconaluftee Islands Park across the street if you get a chance. The bamboo forest is so pretty. I’d definitely stay here again."
