"The Holiday Inn, Portland Airport (IHG) was a great place to stay. Although I wasn't expecting to have to pay for parking, I can understand why it is required. I can see where people would use the hotel's parking space without staying at the location.

"Great place to stay and even though it is next to the highway, it's somewhat remote. Doors get locked at night and I felt comfortable with the vehicle in the parking lot at night without worrying about it. "First room the AC was not working, they gave us another room, the TV remote was busted, and the bathroom door had 2 big gashes and the lock did not work. Additionally, no one cleant the room for the 4 days we were there. When I asked the Front desk, they said they clean rooms every three days. Staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed. Lobby and stairs were dirty. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor."
