"The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, but the couch cushion had stains on it. The sink in the kitchenette also drained slowly. We were thankful for the supplies in the room - dish soap, paper towels, etc. The property seemed newer and was nicely appointed. The grounds had some trash on it. The pool was dirty and cold with no pool towels clean. It closed fairly early too which was upsetting (8pm). The breakfast buffet was okay, but the warm food didn't stay that way, and they ran out of...

"From the staff at check in to the staff at check out and all parts in between this was an amazing place to stay. So very nice to be welcomed and greeted after a long day of driving. The room was wonderful and my only complaint if you want to call it that was that our room A/C never cooled to what I set the thermostat at. Not sure if it was not working properly or what. Everything else was amazing though"

"The staff was not well informed about some of the amenities there the hotel was very clean . The manager was no where to be found I couldn't even get him on the phone poor customer service as far as the manager I booked a day there cancelled the day and Expedia couldn't get a hold of the manager to honor the day I missed the room was paid for they didn't refund me nor honor the day I missed so work on your management then the total experiencecwill be exceptional"

"Room was clean, few hairs in the shower. Staff was very nice, did not eat at the hotel but it looked tasteful. Parking was safe, I did not feel unsafe at all. Overall great place to stay."

"They have Ruth Steakhouse inside the hotel. A Koi fish pond in the middle of the atrium. All rooms have a balcony. Separate living room area. Microwave, fridge, iron. Inside swimming pool. Gym. Close to alot of attractions and restaurant. Valet parking. Daily manager reception with free drinks and snacks. Cook to order omelets as well"
