"This gem is close to Westfield Miranda, buses and the train station.
Lots of cafes and restaurants close by.
My room was spacious and comfortable with loads of natural light. Great comfy bed and terrific pillows. The renovated bathroom was also spacious and I loved the toiletries being supplied.
Parking is available,
Staff are amazing! Friendly and helpful.
It appears to be a hotel that has many repeat guests.
I liked the availability of buying snacks in the lobby.
A good, well maintained,...

"The room was clean enough, but very basic. No toiletries, only hand/body wash and body lotion. Breakfast was quite good. $12 to go 2 minute ride from the airport on the shuttle was overpriced! I will find somewhere else to stay on my next trip."

"Great place to stay in Sydney South, right opposite the Westfield shopping centre, good Asian food on the outside walking strip, bubble tea and desserts. The place is newly renovated, really clean and everything is easy for a simple stay. Parking underground right next to the entrance is also convenient and $20 for all day parking (validated and paid at the hotel reception). Rooms are quiet too."

"Great hotel with very helpful staff. The lack of amenities within the room was a bit of a downside, no cutlery or plates. We figured this was because because people would typically do room service but we put food prior to check in. Otherwise, a wonderful property. Especially the king size bed which is so comfortable!"

"Terribly unprofessional front desk staff. Unbelievable. Was hung up on TWICE on the phone and then couldn't get any professional discussion at the front desk. Zero acknowledgement. All over 10 bucks for the airport shuttle... unbelievable.
My wife and I checked in yesterday evening and had a car rental to return back at the airport (5 min drive away). The on-duty front desk attendant told me there was an "on-demand" shuttle that could pick me up at the car rental off return. He told me to call...
