"Very clean and comfortable"

"1 of the tvs didn’t work both remotes didn’t work moldy food under beds mold or something by sink broken switch broken plugs on table outlet disgustingly stained chair and bench. Wish I would’ve asked for my money back and just left honestly. Staff was great but room made me want to never come back. Honestly probably won’t."

"The front desk staff were in a terrible mood. When I checked in, the person was completely expressionless, and at check-out, the person had a really bad attitude. I asked about what it says on the key card holder regarding members being eligible for a short late check-out. They bluntly told me, with a sour face, 'not on weekends.' "The property looks sketchy, but it's not. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The TV was nice size & many channels. There is no breakfast other than coffee & juice & crunchy granola bars. The wifi is not good."

"The first room we had had bed bugs and once we were moved to another room the sheets had makeup and blood stains... very disappointed. And then to make it better our tire got a screw in their parking lot from the renovations happening. Tire accidents can happen but surely didnt feel worth the stay. We ended up booking elsewhere for the remainder of the stay."

"All staff were very helpful- particularly when I left an item in my room.. they found it and sent me an online process to have the item returned I gave only a four stars as someone — not sure who- overrided my handicapped room reservation— we were given a room that was for hearing impaired, which does not work when you have a broken ankle. But the other staff really made up for it by their help and we generally really like staying at Home2"

"Walked into the room, smelled fresh for being a smoking room. The mirror in the bathroom look like somebody spit on the TV screen was greece and smudge all over it. The carpeting was old, dirty and dingy, as well as the dirty dingy drapes. The TV remote had no batteries or cover and wasn’t working. Had to call for maintenance.
