The pool area was small, bur it was good for the kids. The staff was nice, and check in/out was easy. Residence Inn by Marriott Syracuse Downtown at Armory Square
There is nothing to do at the Armory Square. Websites claim that there are boutiques & shops, but only some average restaurants.

The Parkview Hotel
Room lock didn’t work. Bedsheet had hair on it. When we requested for a new room, we were given keys to another room but when we opened the door, there were already hotel guests inside the room. Just overall a disastrous experience.
