Khách sạn gần Trung tâm Mua sắm Syrena tại Tây Hồ

"Room was comfortable and great service recovery from Steven improved the experience. Club lounge was relatively smaller, with more lounge seats than dining tables. During dinner hours, guests may have to share the larger dining table, creating more of a communal canteen vibe than exclusive lounge. More proper dining tables would help. There is also room for improvement in the attentiveness of lounge staff and service levels of doormen and coffee service during breakfast."

"It's not worth a 5 stars rating. Location is not good, have to walk around 1km for food and feeling unsafe at night. The room is big and clean but do not have a working desk, you have to work either on sofa or dinning table. Dust bin was not clear everyday. Amenities provided only 1 time for the whole stays. Breakfast is fine but it's same everyday. The kettle has stain at bottom, so don't dare to boil water for coffee or tea."

"Condition is very good. They have a good service, but I can't contact at the first time, I have to find another number phone on google to contact to the hotel. Another thing is internet connection is very slow. "

"khách sạn mới, vị trí thuận tiện đi lại, dịch vụ ổn"

"Cozy, modern, and smells amazing. The sheets are incredibly soft and fluffy. Can't believe the quality for this price. Having a washer, kitchen & elevator was fantastic."

"Tốt"

"I highly recommend Oakwood Residence! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great area. It’s also close enough to the heart of Hanoi to easily explore the city while still being in a quieter area. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!"

"Amazing stay. The apartments are better than in the pictures; really clean and modern looking. Loved how comfortable our stay was and the location was great as well. We were a large group and rented 3 apartments, neither disappointed. We would absolutely stay here again. It’s a gem."

"I booked a studio deluxe room for two nights. Clean classic room, great service, nice view from the top bar The breakfast is delicious but not diverse. The design didn't really meet my expectation. I prefer bigger windows and the unique design that's similar to the picture on hotels.com "

"Phòng rất xinh "

"The staff was very very helpful went above and beyond to help us."

"Better hotel else where Not my type of hotel In hanoi"

"房間插座不符國際需求"

"I stayed here while working remotely and it was just what I needed. Super quiet, great natural light, and the wifi never dropped. The desk setup was great, and I loved cooking simple meals in the kitchen. "

"Nhân viên rất thân thiện và hữu ích. Phòng thiết kế hiện đại với đầy đủ nội thất. Tuyệt vời"
