"Check in was seamless, suite was spacious, clean and with pleasant view. Breakfast options were scarce with many buffet options empty as it seems that people from other properties were also coming to the hotel. No one was verifying who was a guest or not at the breakfast buffet that was included. Location was perfect and in close proximity to Adsprach and Teplickie Skaly."

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind: die Lage zum Rynek, Kaffee/Tee/Wasser den ganzen Tag zur freien Verfügung, Sauberkeit. Leider war unsere Matratze sehr durchgelegen, hier wäre ein Austausch und eine Kontrolle nach einer gewissen Zeit wünschenswert. Zusammenfassend ein sehr schönes Hotel mit mehr Vorzügen als Mängeln."
"Sehr schöne Appartementanlage, die an ein 5* Sterne Hotel angeschlossen ist. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr umfangreich und die Einrichtungen des Hotels wie Fitnesscenter, Schwimmbad und SPA können mit genutzt werden.
Wünschenswert wäre die Verbesserung der Kommunikation mit den Gästen in den Appartements, so dass Änderungen seitens des Hotels, z.B. die Frühstückszeit am Neujahrstag auch kommuniziert werden."
