"Cold reception upon arrival
The parking wasn’t obvious and a tight fit for a bigger car.
The only nice hospitable person was Vanessa who had a smiling face and was very helpful.
The room’s air conditioning wasn’t working. The hotel controlled the room temperature. So naturally we couldn’t control our air. It was uncomfortable."
"The staff was very apologetic that there was work going on. But it wasn’t a bother at all. The staff was superb, and the breakfast included a wide array of very good food."
