Everything was exceptional and we were well looked after. The Spa as expected was busy and unfortunately some customers who use the facilities are rude or don't have any etiquette and just reserve beds with towels and not use them.

This was our first time in Budapest and we travelled to the hotel using the airport express bus. It is a less than 10 minute walk from the bus stop and a great base for exploring the city.
