"We didn't receive an email about check in instructions as the booking information said i would. We phoned them and advised we wouldn't need the sofa bed made but it was made anyway. "The stay was great!! We got the breakfast buffet which was well worth it - had a good range of options that could suit varying pallets! The lounge area was nice too, great little spot to unwind. The location was excellent! Walking distance to everything we wanted to see & plenty of restaurants near by. Staff was great! Polite, accommodating & a good sense of humor - any concerns we did have were addressed hastily! Room was clean & every day while we were out-it was tidied nicely! Spa was lovely- one of the hot pools was cold but we alerted someone and it was fixed the next day! Truly no complaints. We loved our stay "
