"My rating would be 4.5 but not given that option. Best hotel breakfast we have recently had. The eggs actually tasted like eggs. I think Bob is name of man who takes care of breakfast, and is shuttle driver. He was great. He indicated hotel is about to be totally renovated. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. The only disappointment is pool is only open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. When I checked out the pool the following day the water was cloudy. There was definitely a chemical...

"Our stay was very good. Other than external noise, some sirens, it was great. The gym, restaurant (Flemings), front desk staff and valet were all terrific. Friendly, attentive and informative. We walked to an event at the Amica Pavilion and the front desk gave us detailed, accurate instructions on how to get there. We will stay here again and recommend them highly."

"This property should not hold a Marriott flag.
Stains on the lobby furniture. Carpets in the hallway dirty. In the room: black mold in the shower, the ceiling has signs of leaks and unfinished ceiling and window sill work. The desk clerk on the second shift was resistant to giving a couple of extra towels."

"My room had remnants of fecal matter in the toilet, it smelled like urine and after I showered the floor mat soaked up yellow as if someone had urinated on the floor. It was obvious if wasn’t cleaned well if at all. The sink was falling off the wall and when I went to turn the AC on it smelled of dirty feet. The sheets seemed to be cleaned but all of the pillows smelled like dirty hair and someone working walked in on me mid nap my first day after being charged $75 for an early check in because...
