"Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. "This was a pleasant surprise, I loved this hotel. We came in to catch a ball game and was so impressed at the convince of the is hotel. It’s modern and clean and cute! It’s close to the ball park only a short walk and the bed and shower are great! It was one of the best night sleeps I had on our trip. I’m going to look for IHG hotels in the future. "

"When we walked we were greeted by Deonte and he was amazing. He knew everything we asked about and told and showed us everything about the hotel and its amenities. The kindness and generosity he showed was above any that I have seen or ever heard of. This man should be in charge sharing his skill with others. Thanks for the great stay. "

We were there to see the Reds/Braves, and loved our room with balcony. Excellent bed, super clean room, nice shower, etc. Our booking included breakfast — not typical but tasty with good coffee.
Parking is valet only; parking team was great. Check-in was with Deante (not sure I spelled that right) and he was extremely personable and gave us all the info we needed.

"Second time at the Pickle Factory one year apart. Excellent hotel and stayed in the themed Cigars & Bourbon room again. Location is great as you’re close to downtown Cincinnati but not in the middle of chaos. It is an Airbnb setup so check-in time is 4PM and the earliest you can enter is 3:30PM. Before that, parking was not available. Overall an excellent, room, hotel, and location. "
