"I really wanted to like this place. Staff was trying their best. I found an open condom wrapper and an unused condom still in the wrapper between my mattress and the bed frame. Old car tires were used to hold up the flower beds. That’s not very ecolodge like. The food was not very good. I ordered a Banh mi and received something with scrambled eggs and two slices of Wonderbread. No baguette in sight, no pork or other meats. The whole village is incredibly dirty with trash everywhere. I’m not...

"The staff at Sapa Pine Hill were so friendly and welcoming, we were blown away by how helpful and kind they were during our stay! The hotel looks beautiful, and the rooms are lovely, and there is even a special little friend that appears from time to time to say hello!"

""Location is very nice. Nice walking area. Stunning view from the room. The view from the terrace was great. Staff speak English so it was easy communication.
The homestay and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is great, very kind, helpful and reliable. Fast washing service. And advice of tours and things to do around.
There are a lot of insect so you should close window and doors when go out""

"Nous sommes arrivés peu avant que l'orage éclate : barrière de la langue (même Google traduction ne suffisait pas), humidité au maximum dans la chambre, toutes nos affaires étaient humides et il y avait des limaces dans la salle de bain et même dans la chambre le matin. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais très cher. La vue devait être belle mais la brume nous empêchait de voir les paysages "
