Great hotel after arriving to UIO. Shuttle was ready for us. Hotel was attractive and comfortable. Very nice staff. Great breakfast.

We have stayed here several times before and always had a great experience. Upon arrival, they tried to say the room wasn’t available. They tried to charge us more than we paid for a room with less amenities. It wasn’t until we showed the room was booked and paid for did they say it was available. ...
