They delivered a welcome fruit basket and handwritten note to my door, which was a very nice and personal touch. I also have to mention the complimentary breakfast on the day I checked out. There was a misunderstanding on the time breakfast ended, but when I arrived, the staff went above and beyond, not just to serve me a full breakfast, but also to serve the items I requested. And they did it with a smile. I felt really valued and will definitely return to this property a third time."

"We had a beautiful room with a great view. But no transportation available by Grab. Although the shower room was on the outside with no locked door to the main bathroom it poses security risk. The safe was not bolted down. The front door to the room were very heavy and difficult to slide open. Staff were great. Food was delicious. "

Both the yoga and sound-healing sessions were deeply relaxing and a highlight of the stay. If there was one area for improvement, it would be the gym. Given the retreat’s strong focus on wellness, the fitness space was surprisingly small and lacked free weights, which was disappointing. Overall, Ulaman Eco Luxury Resort delivered a memorable and revitalizing experience. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful escape"

"My wife and I and my wife's sister stayed in one of the 2-BR villas at Dusun Bedugul Asri in September 2025. We were very satisfied with our stay there. We went to the area because we wanted to see the Bali Botanical Garden, which is nearby. It was a bit too far to walk, but the hotel quickly arranged a good driver for us. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully landscaped. It's actually like a miniature botanical garden. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was excellent."

"This was great value for money, as we were there in the wet season. The room was lovely, although the layout with the bathroom facilities a little strange. The team were welcoming, but seemed a little tentative and inexperienced on how to manage requests. There was also an incident where the staff through another team member in the pool - while we were sitting there relaxing. This didn't seem overly professional, but no one thought it was an issue. Overall the stay was what we needed, but I wouldn't come here if you're looking for luxury."
