"Amazing hotel...friendly staff..only issue was at checking..had to wait 2 hours for the correct key to be delivered to my room."

"10 out of 10 stars ! Absolutely fabulous ! We were on the 17th floor with balcony. Elevators were very fast , very convenient and close to over 30 restaurants banks are close as well . The pool was wonderful and very big , they also had two kids poolsI would say this would be a prime location. There’s no better to stay in my opinion. This is a condo unit and it had its own kitchen huge refrigerator dining area when I come back I will definitely be returning to this location."

"I had a good stay until the last day of my trip when I had a package delivered and front desk staff were very off about the package information. Please do better, was so humiliated in the front desk asking for my package and the staff responded with ‘No package under your name came’ repeatedly with guests all around watching. All for my package to actually be stored somewhere else not in the front desk. But the room was nice and clean, quiet spot for a stay away from the chaotic city. But WiFi...

"This is really a great place to stay, overlooking the ocean, sunrise in the morning and very relaxing. On top of that, the unit is very clean and updated, all our needs and expectations are met.
