"Convenient location (near central train station). Great bar/restaurant (excellent food and service). Great buffet breakfast. Clean, modern and (relatively for Europe) spacious rooms. Staff was friendly, helpful (and of course spoke fluent English). Highly recommended if you're going to be in that area of Stockholm."
"The hotel remains the best place high class hotel it is Sheraton. But the staff was not useful at all to talk to you about taking the train the public transit so you ended up spending lot of money on taxi to go the conference or to guide about visiting Stockholm or for any thing else, they were not wrllcoming at all"
"The spa facilities are top-notch and truly the highlight of this property. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the food.
We had dinner at the main restaurant, Minamo, and it was one of the worst meals I've had in recent memory. The restaurant felt more like a large banquet hall than a fine dining venue, and it was clearly understaffed.
After that experience, we canceled our sushi dinner reservation and chose to eat elsewhere.
In my opinion, this is an excellent destination for a day...

Möjliga förbättringar.Eftersom vissa rum ligger långt från huvudbyggnaden hade det varit trevligt med kaffe på rummet. Något färskt bröd till frukost, vi var på frukost en söndag och tyvärr var bröden väldigt torra."
"We found the hotel and our room to be somewhat dated but very comfortable. The location was perfect to be able to walk or take the metro to various locations. The breakfast offered a good variety of options."
