"Located above the Osaka station but getting to the hotel proves challenging. Locating the central gate of the station and balancing your big luggages on the escalators is challenging coming from the train platform. After you clear the gates small flights of steps to lug your luggage to reach the hotel lobby also. Love that it is easy to move around to other parts of Japan or in Osaka from this station. Rooms are very old and tiny and not suitable for guests who are bigger sized. Even the bigger rooms I peeped in are terribly small. The aged furniture, toilet fittings make the whole place feel unclean. Two round tables in the room took up so much space. If you place your belongings on the table you cannot watch television as the tiny tv is resting on the table. One you open your luggage you have no space to walk, don’t even think that you can open the big luggage fully. Room is badly in need of renovation and space planning. Having two round tables is clearly a sign that they only want to do minimum maintenance of fixtures and thus reflect the dilapidated state of rooms. There are 114 rooms on our floor! Service is good though, many staff and efficient service at the concierge. Staff speaks English. The state of the rooms are a disservice to their staff who provides good service. Will not stay here again."

"The property was very beautiful and convenient for those visiting for Universal Studios. It is right next to the train station for easy access when traveling. We were there for 12 days. Staff cleaned the room each day and left fresh pjs for each person. They did have kid pjs that fit my 12 year old, but none that would fit my 1 year old. They did have hot springs on the spa floor but unfortunately I am covered in tattoos so that is definitely a no go. I did not even attempt so I can't comment on that area. They had a nice tea time between 1400-2100 that served coffee, tea, soft drinks, and pancakes. We did not add the breakfast because we wanted to explore other options. The breakfast did look tasty though. There were coffee shops and a McDonalds in the area that opened around 0630-0700 so we frequent those as well. The staff were very friendly. Fully stocked with all toiletry items needed. Had a nice view of Universal Studios from my room window. Had enough space for my family of 4. All in all I would revisit."

"First time traveling to Osaka , Japan with my son great location right next to transportation . we were able to save money on commuting by navigating their train system . the rooms were a big small , however cozy . staff were helpful and great with they are only very strict at check in if you take a morning flight the checking is exactly at 3 pm . breakfast was buffet style from 6:30 -‘ - 10 am which was great clean and delicious food . If you traveling with kids deff recommend . "
