Reserved a room on Expedia. When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that they were overbooked and could NOT accommodate us. If that isn’t bad enough, they refuse until today to refund our money. This was all on the eve of typhoon tino and I was traveling with an infant. The front desk couldn’t care less and had no solution. They didn’t realize that they were still offering rooms online while local guests needing shelter were sold all of the available vacant rooms. Luckily we were near the airport and got seats on the last flight out.
