"I arrived early and was immediately shown to my room, which was a great relief as I had been travelling since early in the morning. The receptionist was very kind, helpful and made my experience an excellent one right off the bat. The room itself was nice and the sheets smelled like bleach, everything was pristine and clean. The bathroom & soap was a little bit outdated and that would be my only complaint. Overall good experience. "

"They need better ventilation in the pool area it was way to hot to enjoy maybe a window or door that can be open every once in awhile. Coffee hot water area definitely needed to be restocked more. But overall not bad just a little pricey for the area. "

"4.5 if i could. Safish nicish area of Taoma. Lots of bars & family friendly activities nearby. Beautiful building and rooms. Very friendly staff. Very cool breakfest area except breakfest is not free. They do make starbucks tho! Parking is either 20 bucks for self at convention center across street or 30 for valet. Valet is worth it. If breakfest bar was free, id give a 5 but the restaurant is cool i suppose. It is a gorgeous hotel."
