"AMAZING view of the volcano if you stay at the room with volcano view. Quiet and friendly welcoming staff. The restaurant was delicious with pretty great view of the volcano. The room clean and cozy. No AC needed. The only issue would be the 8pm curfew due to the hotel being in the national park ..."

"Todo muy bonito, lo único es que falta capacitar al personal al momento del check out, ya que me fueron a buscar al parqueo cuando ya nos ibamos, para decirme que había ensuiado una toalla con un poquito maquillaje fácil. Las toallas son para eso para ensuciarse, y como hoteleros deberían de saber ..."
