Khách sạn Tada-U

"it is good, but not as what I thought should be"

"Stay away from this place. By no means the photos depicted on the booking websites are from this place. Also, DON'T PAY in advance. When I arrived at the property, they told me that the are no longer on the booking websites and that I had to pay again and file a claim with Expedia. Trashy property. "

"Hotel Duo Swan was absolutely perfect. It’s a great location. The hotel is nice, great rooms, at a way better price than Ibis or Apex. You get to choose your complimentary breakfast every morning. But the best part is the staff. They will help you with anything you need. They helped me top up my local SIM card. They allowed me to park a bike rental in their garage. " The staffs check us in was very helpful and she speaks very good English, and one of the male staff can speak Chinese. The breakfast is good and is included in the room price. There are shops near by. And go to places is also very convenient by taxi and the staffs will let you know the cost to your destinations. "

"スタッフの若い方々がいつも丁寧な対応で気持ちよく過ごす事ができてます。 私は最近ここのホテル一択です。"

"Nice hotel with big spacious room good breakfast options and wonderful staff. Mandalay is a big city so location was okay close to the palace. If you need to get more around there are plenty of TUKTUK’s. Booked 4 nights and had a wonderful time."

"I felt the staff were very helpful friendly. Always ready to help. "

The hotel also took money from our credit card and also charged us for the same on arrival. When we requested a refund for the double charge, they kept delaying the refund back into our account. We finally had tl travel in person back to the hotel to request for the refund back in physical Myanmar kyat instead of an electronic bank transfer. Furthermore the...
