"This wonderful hostel was a delightful surprise and the onsen really was an added bonus with its outer pool! With a bit of planning, you can take a local bus or use your Hakone Free Pass to be dropped off within a block of the hostel from the train station. Great staff, great accommodations and fully enjoyed my stay!"

"We arrived just after 2pm to leave our luggage, but instead were warmly welcomed and given our room key. The Gaku hotel is maybe 10 minutes’ walk from the train station through the underground passageway. One public onsen is also about 10 minutes away on foot. "I had an absolutely amazing time at Nasubi. The hostel is about a 12 min walk from Fuji station and quite easy to get to. I stayed in a mixed dorm for 3 nights. The beds was SUPER comfortable and cozy, had plenty of privacy, and were very clean. There was also sufficient space for everyone's bags in one corner. The rest of the common areas (fully usable kitchen, bathrooms, toilets, lounging area) were very clean and cozy but spacious. There are a lot of card games, books, drawing pads, video...
