"After staying at Shangri-La The Fort on multiple occasions, I can honestly say the Grand Hyatt is a much nicer place to stay. The biggest difference is the facility. The Grand Hyatt looks really nice and taken care of. The amenities are great as well. The only thing I wish they had was a bigger gym. The location is also exceptional. Moving forward it looks like the Grand Hyatt is where we will be staying when we visit Manila and want to be around shopping centers."

"Breakfast is excellent. The hotel is conveniently located, and the staff is very helpful."

"The room was so small.. The is no telephone in the room There was no iron and board in the room you need to request but it only up to 30 minutes to use and return right away. Never heard about this kind of amenities There are only 2 bath towel and 1 floor mad supply. Cleaning is every 3 days. Even it cost less but it terrible to stay. Will never return to red planet."

"Great location, welcoming and friendly staff, breakfast has wide selection"

"Friendly staff . .. clean room and love the city view ."

"Thank you for a great accomodation!"

"The property was about 12 min walk to BGC. Has 21/2 baths with 2 bedrooms enough for our group of 6. Very close to all amenities."

The housekeeping is good, if you ask for extra pillow or towel they respond quickly My only criticism is the fabric of the sofa and the room carpet is full of stains. They haven’t bothered to properly clean or replace. And the...

"Since it’s a newly opened facility, there are still some things that needed to be worked out. The super friendly staff is one of the hotel’s redeeming quality. Rooms are clean, staff is super attentive to my requests and inquiries. Would definitely recommend this place. Front desk staff"

"Friendly staff and very accommodating"

"POC was difficult to contact. The front door lock took us 10 minutes to enter property. AC was not working properly. It was warm. This is our second time to stay in this property. We will opt for another property next year."

"The room was exactly what is shown on the brochure/on line picture. Very nice and cozy."
