"Can’t express enough superlatives about my experience at the Busuanga Lodge. Starting with the staff. They were all highly attentive to any of our needs. They also helped with tours and other suggestions for things to do. The room was spacious and clean; laundry service, room service all wonderful. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. "The first room was very dirty, and the bed sheets were wet and.. Sticky?... The second room was *fine*, but still the walls and all surfaces were very dirty. "

"The room is nice, spacious. Some staff are nice but the other staff is terrible, we had one unintentional incident but one of their staff have a bad attitude and tried to attack one of my sibling which is not acceptable at all. They didn’t handled the situation very well. And plus, it’s a lot of hidden charges about the food and services which is they didn’t informed us from the beginning. We definitely not coming back on this resort hotel.This is our first and last time we stayed on this hotel....

"Room was clean and updated. AC worked phenomenally, the breakfast was great with fruit, egg station, pastries, juices, hot station, pancakes, and desserts. The pool was fantastic. They even had a pool side bar that was by one get one for happy hour, which we took full advantage of. You really don’t even have to leave the resort there is a restaurant , cafe and small grocery store right on the property! "
