"Staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was very clean and well maintained.
You have to get the hair dryer from the front desk. But there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable; pillows not so much. Room was quiet.
Breakfast was ok. No cream or non-dairy creamer, or artificial sweeteners available for coffee.
Be aware that the car ride from the airport is $2000 francs, even though the hotel is across the street. But, we didn't see an easy, or safe way to walk there....
"Great location if you are traveling to Moorea on the ferry. It is about 5 minutes from the hotel to the ferry terminal. The hotel is in great condition, I would stay there again."
"The resort was nice, but the service was just average. Very little eye contact, Front Desk staff spent most of the time on the phone without acknowledging people waiting in front of them. Housekeeping staff was very pleasant! Even what looked like Senior Management walked by without acknowledging anyone. I realize it's an independent hotel now, not a Sofitel, but service could use some attention!"
"Great little spot where you have privacy and share common areas like kitchen, bathrooms, showers. The host was helpful and friendly. The pool was great. Peaceful place. We stayed one afternoon-evening before catching our red eye flight back to Hawaii. It was a nice spot to take a nap, enjoy the pool, and freshen up. Would like to go back and check out the tree house! Maybe next time :)"
