"The pool is lovely. The room was clean, exactly as seen in photos. The property owners were easy to reach and communication was quick and seamless. I liked that true TV systems were set to access all platforms. The shower, sink and and the wash amenities were tasteful and felt luxurious. Loved the functional kitchen… and the sweet owner even baked fresh cookies for the guests. Would totally go back. It really shows you how well a boutique hotel experience can be crafted and why it’s often better...

"For the price, this was a decent hotel stay, but it’s pretty rough-around the edges. The location is great, if you don’t mind a bit of walking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was quite comfortable. However, the walls are a little thin, and the floors/furniture could use a major upgrade. "

"Checking was difficult as hotel no front desk, everything is done online, enter the hotel was impossible as there are no signs, but a tiny gate with a digital pad that i could not make work, i got in through a side gate that was supposed to be locked as the hotel say it is very secured???
The pool was empty.... I canceled the reservation as i was very unhappy and I am still waiting for my refund.

"Honestly the pictures make it seem so much nicer with full kitchenettes but it’s not even true we paid almost $300 for a little bit bigger of a motel 6…. They had a microwave & small fridge with cups that smelt awful. Bed is so uncomfortable, shower is a small square can barely move in, bathroom door didn’t shut fully.. scared anytime I peed that the toilet would overfill. Chunks missing out of the tile from the bathroom… just overall not worth the price. They make it seem like it’s close to...

"Communication with the property was very good. The room (#4) was a little tight for 2 people. Main room had a small dining table squished between the window and bed, making it difficult to use, especially since there was no dresser or draws to put your clothes away and only 4 hangers to hang up clothes. A set of drawers would go a long way in opening the room. Back balcony could be better appointed and maintained. Front community and pool area was nicely maintained with lots of sitting areas....
