"I stayed here because it's close to the airport, and I thought I could walk, but it's too dangerous to walk - you pretty much have to take a taxi, which is $20 each way from the airport. Also, I thought they had a cafe or something there, but there is no food (just a vending cooler), so if I'm paying $20 each way to get here, I'd probably stay somewhere else for the price. "

"We stayed at this location for 8 days in a superior room and enjoyed almost every single moment of it. We would rate the location 10/10. The view is breathtaking! The room design and layout are very well done although the rooms themselves are tired and some things don’t work anymore i.e the lighting in the pool and over the mirror in the bathroom, the waterfall in the pool and the hot tub was dry. "We were only here one night, so it was sufficient. There was no hot water at all when we showered. There is also no pool here, so not much to do other than walk around. We got there at 11:00 & were told they could check with housekeeping, but it was 50% of the room rate to check in early, so we didn’t! We did get in around 2:00 though! "Checkout was very very long! Order your taxi in advance and it goes by room number or name for that I almost missed my ferry because of the long checkout process. The hotel is beautiful, the room I had with the bathroom clear wall that blinds you when your sleeping if your mate goes to the washroom, is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. "We had a long layover so we decided to book a hotel near the airport. Communication before arrival was excellent and they responded quickly to our questions.. We arrived in the evening and later then expected due to a flight delay. Even with the delay, they had a shuttle waiting to pick us up. They also took us to the airport very easily in the morning the next day. Very pleased with the staff at the Lodge."

It was 2 stories which’s worked for us but probably should have been noted. It was kinda inconvenient having the 2 nd floor, getting the suitcases up there and constantly going up and down.
