Great hotel and helpful staff. I would stay there again if given the chance. The one suggestion I have, which I hope hotel management would read, is to vary the breakfast and dinner buffet dishes. Without variety, it does get tired after 2 or 3 days.

Added extra night to our stay. Tainan is quaint and relaxing (and also warm) and the hotel provides lots of snacks, a comfortable bed and a central location for buses and Uber

Kindness hotel lives up to name

Nice location near Chihkan. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Front desk helpful and speaks English. Lovely snacks and repetitive breakfast/evening snack but there’s so much to eat in Tainan the snacks were more to keep my kids satisfied until next meal.

Nice, clean hotel. Staff were very nice and great breakfast, snacks and light dinner options! Rooms were on the small side but it’s fully stocked with shampoo, conditioners, body wash and lotion..if you’re here for a few days. It’s a good place to stay! Closed to restaurants and some attractions.

台南駅から徒歩20分位で歩けなくもないですが、バスかタクシーを利用した方がいいと思います。 ホテルの方々は付かず離れずで快適に過ごせました。 夜食サービスも美味しかったです。
