"The hotel has a small number of rooms and is attached to a bar/tobacconist in the centre of Salorno, in the Dolomites. There is plenty of parking and the staff are really helpful and spoke good English, and the rooms clean and very functional (although the Wifi wasn't massively reliable). "Der Empfang war ziemlich forsch und hektisch. Das Sup-Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Abendessen hat uns nicht geschmeckt, ausser das Salat und Gemüsebuffet war gut und vielseitig. Aber auch da war der Service sehr hektisch, alles musste schnell gehen. Das haben wir so noch nie erlebt und waren schon öfters unterwegs. Von gemütlich essen weit weg. Frühstück war auch nicht berauschend, aber okay, es gab viele verschiedene Kuchen, keine Eierspeisen."

"Lovely hotel for our week long stay exploring the area. Staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. We made great use of the Sud Tirol Pass that allowed free travel on cable cars (also on buses and trains but we had a car). Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of homemade items and local apple juice. The homemade ice cream was sampled a lot. "I don’t think the pictures here do the hotel justice. We spent nights on the balcony enjoying the view over the vines and valley. Staff are friendly and present. Pool is good size and more sunbeds available to use on terrace. The sunbeds could do with updating (quite uncomfortable). The small kitchen unit in the room was handy if you choose to self cater. I would have loved more luxurious towels and pool towels too. Minor criticisms though for a super hotel. There’s some super restaurants...
