The hotel was clean and staff were helpful. Great location. You can store your luggage here if needed after you check out. Many things to use in the common area, and lots of seating. The reason I took stars off is because the walls are paper thin. I could hear EVERYTHING from the other guests, even the ones above me (it’s a different hotel above, but still noise). And when a guest next door to me had their air conditioning on, it rattled the tv on the connecting wall between us. I did find a way to fix this by pushing the tv at a certain angle. Also the pillows smelt awful, like a hundred layers of stale sweat that’s built up. I’ve stayed in countless hostels, hotels and home stays and I’ve never come across awful smelling pillows, to be clear, it wasn’t the pillow cases, but the actual pillows themselves. Shower gel and shampoo is supplied in the shower but you don’t receive other supplies such as toothbrushes like other places. Also there was no hand soap for the sink which confused me so much. There was a soap basin on the sink but no physical soap. There was a spray bottle on the counter which I assumed was to clean the big mirror, but now I’m thinking could this have been the soap? If so, that’s an extremely strange thing to put soap in. Disposable towels are supplied which I see how it could be a positive eco friendly alternative to regular towels (which they also have available if you prefer rather than the disposable), but I feel like the amount of disposable

It's basic - if you want 5 star comfort and surroundings, then you will have to book somewhere else and pay a lot more money! This is a budget hotel with all amenities, very helpful staff and in a great location. Recommended.

Very convenient location, just a short walk from the Main Station. The hotel room is very basic, but it was a very inexpensively priced option. The property is somewhat worn and shabby but my actual room was clean and fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they allowed me to store my bags until checkin time as I arrived in the very early morning. I would stay here again.

A very good 6-day stay

The room is clean and has a modern touch. Also happy with 24/7 hot water. The location of the hotel is superior: unlimited Taiwan eateries nearby; next to metro and high speed train stations. The easy access of a high speed train station is a must if you are going to visit other cities like Taichung and Kaohsiung in one day.
