"Location to 101 was great. However much older hotel than expected. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind. Photos look better online. Room walls are also very thin, so easy to hear neighbors. No privacy for restroom or toilet, as only separated by plexi-glass. Basically located right next to your bed. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"Stayed here two years in a row. Love it. Can’t beat the location, 1-2 minutes away from entrances to red and blue (5-7 min) MTR lines. Direct overpass connection to taipei 101. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hotel pool is nice. If you are Hyatt member, be sure to use the sauna for free. First timer ask staff to walk you through the process of using the sauna. Gym is 24/7, was there at 2-3 am and i am not the only one working out. Don’t miss the freshly baked goods at lobby, the strawberry bread is a must try! Will be back next year!"

"Great location! Less than a 10 minute walk from either Taipei 101 station or Xinye Anye. Hotel lobby is actually on the 11th floor but the building staff at the main lobby were very helpful and friendly. I had more interaction with them than hotel staff. Room was spacious and bathroom very modern. However, for a business hotel, there weren’t any outlets near the desk or bedside to charge phone. Also, air conditioner was hard to troubleshoot and didn’t come with instructions."

"This hotel was a find. Great central location, MRT stop is literally next to the hotel. The area has great access to local shops to grab what you need (7-11 is 3 min walk away, next to a cute little park where you can bust out all the yummy Asian snacks and rest in shade.). Five min walk away is a small night market with great food options, a fun multi-story electronics mall and DonDonDonki supermarket. The hotel got just about everything right. VERY QUIET inside (there was construction outside my window that was pretty much inaudible). The hallways were well carpeted and I never heard other guests. The room was standard size. If you are two travelers with a lot of luggage you will have to be smart about the space or get a larger room but for me it was spacious enough. Everything was well and smartly designed - for example, there were seemlessly designed light controls for some/all lights by the bed but the bedside light also had a physical switch in a groove on the wall that you can easily find by touch. The roller curtain was blackout and the thermostat was simple to operate the very quiet air-conditioning. They even thought through the do-not-disturb tags - they were simple magnets you stuck on the door. And I particularly appreciated the superfancy Toto toilet, IYKYK :). The entire hotel was spotless, staff was very professional and courteous. I was not familiar with this hotel chain before and now I they have my attention. Truly two thumbs up. "

"Great location. You can find many malls, Taipei 101 is just 5 mins away. The convenience came along with noisy surrounding. Gets really noisy even late into the night. Room is big but not very clean. Very dusty. Requested for the sheets to be changed, somehow it was overlooked. Wouldn’t return to this hotel. "
