The lady at the front desk was in a horrible mood and tried me like sh**t. The rooms was without a window. The person in the room next to me smoked and was extremely noisy.

Okay. Affordable budget hotel.

Hotel ok, bed ok, huge space, parking free, Longwan shop at the same row of the hotel, got Mcdonalds (7 min drive), got KFC (walking distance)at the corner of crossing juntion, mamak stall on the right of crossing junction too..cuma i cannot stand with the noise; sound proofing not so good, i can hear noisy motorcyle, because my room is beside the junction. So, my sleep being intterupted with these noise. The rest are fine. Only noisy.

Disappointing

Reached hotel on the booking day yet the reception can't find my booking in their list. The room was very smelly as no window for air flow. The bedsheet is so thin, can see the mattress underneath. Blanket is thin too, given white towel which have yellowish stain and torn at side.

Surprise upon check-in

Booked for casavilla /family room for 3d 2n, but they transfer my family to another hotel "Kavanas" without notice. Price paid for casavilla but Kavanas hotel price is lower then the amount i paid for. Tricks for earn more. Will never recommend anyone to book hotel.

Reasonable price

I made last min booking (less than 24 hrs), the receptionist was not aware about my booking (no email send from the hotel HQ) but the she was very pleasant and helpful. I just showed her my proof of booking and she helping me to get the room immediately.

Improve cleanness of the room

Hotel staff upgraded my room from 2 double beds to 2 king sized beds while I checked in, room is spacious but the cleanliness needs to improve further by hotel management. The blankets are recycle using by different guests which I could not tolerate with, stain on toilet bowl & my sister saw the cockroachs crawling around the room.

Comfortable and the staffs are friendly

The staffs are efficient and helpful too. Though we arrived a bit late but the staffs have make our stay is memorable.

Very Basic for Sleep

very basic hotel, when reach was told hotel room type not available, was transferred to another hotel in town. Room is spacious, with minimal amenities (no cup, hair dryer)

The air conditioning not that good, and don't even provide with shampoo, the room is very small and tv channel is very limited. Will consider other hotel if visit taiping again.
