"The front desk staff barely said a word to me. He had me sign the registration and handed me a key in a sleeve. Then he said, "that it." He did not tell me my room number or where the room was. When I asked about ice, he just pointed to the left. He failed to mention that the machine did not dispense ice! When I got to my room it smelled of chlorine and then I realized I had balcony overlooking the indoor pool which was pretty noisy. The room was otherwise comfortable. When I went of breakfast at 8:00 it was pretty bleak. The only things available were a few slices of bread, some instant oatmeal, cereal and a waffle maker. The coffee was okay."

"Grear stay close to ABQ but far enough away to avoud city crime! "

"The bathroom wasn't very clean. There was a dirty wash rag laying on the floor and the toilet wasn't clean."

"Was denied a room because they wanted a 150 deposit on top of paying for room. Was traveling from Nevada and they wouldn’t refund my money for room I already paid so had to sleep in car!"

"We checked into the hotel and immediately found the room was uninhabitable and not as advertised. There were cockroaches in the room, the toilet would not stop running, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the space. Because of these unsanitary and unusable conditions, we left immediately and did not stay overnight. We strongly recommend that other travelers avoid this hotel. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life from a hotel."
