Beautiful hotel. Walkable to everything. Pretty much connect to OCAT for bus rides to/from KIX Airport. Dotonburi an easy 7 minute, nice walk.

It is right above a metro/subway and big grocery stores. 15 minutes walk from Osaka train station. 30 minutes walk to Dotonbori. 45 minutes to Osaka castle. Friendly and helpful staff. Room size is big with high end bathroom products. Will stay here again.

Rooms was on the larger side for Tokyo. Staff who checked us in said he'd upgraded us to a larger room. It was a corner room overlooking the street. Hotel is a bit weird location wise. This place is amazing. This place was built in 2025, so everything is brand new. It is close enough to Universal Studios Japan, but not in the middle of the large and loud crowds, as well as close enough to get into the other areas of Osaka, Kobe and Kyoto. We loved this property. The room we booked was big enough for all our luggage and a lot bigger than other rooms in the area! It’s next to a 7/11 as well and this made it perfect for late night Konbini runs! :)

Check in was easy. When we went to our room on 10th floor, the door was left ajar which was odd. The room had 2 double beds and a projector so we could watch Netflix and Disney+.
