"The restaurant that is highly lauded in some reviews did not exist. Once there, the owner’s son tells me that they close the restaurant during the slow season….which was NOT disclosed when I booked. It’s in a very secluded area but a drive to restaurants about 15 mins away. There’s a restaurant next door, but the opening time depends on their mood, one day was 10am and next day was 11am. They were both weekdays. They don’t clean the rooms so I had to walk to front desk for new towels and water....
"Property was clean, modern and the staff was so nice and helpful. My room was clean and always had fresh towels available. Only minor inconvenience is location, but because of the lower price point, you can always afford a taxi to pick you up and take you places. "
"This property is out of this world, a true hidden gem in Thailand! We booked it last minute as my partner wanted to escape Phuket, and we were so lucky to find this place further north. The beach is absolutely pristine, and the design of the hotel is just breathtaking.
The staff are incredibly helpful and genuinely kind, making us feel so well looked after. The food was outstanding, Aulis was honestly one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had.
