"One of times I booked the mirror and surfaces was dirty like the cleaner was dirty. Also me and my partner got banned without a reason and when we booked following time they refused to provide service or provide explanation. Strange people"

"This was a short break for us, just two days. Food was really good with portions rather too large for us pensioners. Great choice at breakfast.
