The property was ok. Pretty spacious and nice location. But the lead up to checking in was stressful. Booking conditions indicate to send pictures of passport of all guests but there’s no way to do so through Expedia. The property doesn’t reply to my message.

Ok. Im still waiting hotels.com to answer my last complaint from huge disappointment in Turku when I was left to the street because their hotel Harriet provided wrong phone numbers in the internet. No refund was given so I was effectively robbed by hotels.com. If there is a slightest chance that you need to ask for refund, go somewhere else.

Disappointment overall

We were in the same apartment earlier this year and were happy with it. This time not; spaciousness and good location were still the fact. But the apartment was prepared only for two persons (we were four): beds had one pillow and blanket. We found extra blankets but not blanket covers so it was a bit unhygienic to sleep. Not enough towels available, not enough glasses. We were promised two keys, only one was available. Broken furniture was not fixed or removed. Overall, we were very dissatisfied and not sure we will return.

Majoitus loistavalla sijainnilla ja monipuolisella varustelulla. Sauna hyvä lisä. Saunassa oli lamppu palanut. Sitä ei pyynnöstämme huolimatta vaihdettu kahden yön vierailumme aikana. Ulkooven lukko hiukan hankala. Sänky hyvä, mutta tyynyt huonoja. Kaikki palvelut lähellä.

Majoitus oli tilava. Keittissä oli kaikki oleellinen. Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä. Auton pysäköinti oli hankalaa, toisen talon parkkihallissa, jonne ei ollut avaimia. Autolle piti kiertää ajorampin kautta. Laittiat olivat kuluneet ( joko lattian hiominen, tai mattoja ). TV oli hankala käyttää. Alussa oli venäjänkieliset tekstit, ja ei ollut ohjeita, mistä muutetaan kieli-asetukset.

Onnistunut matka

Sijainti loistava, huoneisto mainio. Ainoa pieni miinus annetaan auton pysäköintiin liittyvästä kommunikaatiosta. Saimme käsityksen että majoituspaikalla on parkkipaikkoja (rajattu määrä). Ilmoitimme tarpeen etukäteen mutta emme saaneet aiheeseen liittyvää vastausta saati sitten ohjeita. Tämä aiheutti meille pientä hämminkiä tulopäivänä mutta loppujen lopuksi ei isompaa ongelmaa koska aivan vieressä oli kohtuuedullinen (ulko-)parkkialue. Onnistunut matka!

Veldig fornøyd. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Veldig fornøyd med leiligheten, service og beliggenhet. Vi var kun 2 stk. Så for oss var det mega plass. Litt tungvindt med bare en nøkkel. Da vi ofte var ute på hvert vårt. Men opplevelsen var ikke ødelagt av den grunn.

Great location to explore the city

Great location, large deluxe unit. All utilities functioning well, except for central heating. Found it odd that it cannot be adjusted at all, as some nights it was cooler than expected. A bit of dust noted on check-in, otherwise no issues. Balcony is nice to have. On some days, some cigarette smell came from below, but not an issue on most days and not on weekends. View is towards the back of the building and quiet at night and during daytime.

Great location, nice big studio

Location is great and close to everything, apartment ok-equipped and big size studio. Works for someone wanting an apartment over a hotel. Will surely consider re-booking for future trips.

Sijainti loistava. Kaipaa pientä fiksausta

Loistava sijainti Virukeskusta vastapäätä. Tilava ja hyvin varustettu asunto. Valaistus oli erittäin huono. Toimimattomia valaisimia olo- ja makuuhuoneessa ja muiden lamppujen valoteho oli heikko. Lukeminen ei tässä asunnossa onnistu. Kahvimukit ja paistinpannut olivat hyvin raavittuja.Muista laittaa ovi lukkoon avaimella!

Hilltop huoneisto

Ensivaikutelma oli siisti, mutta sitten huomasimme sohvassa muutaman tosi ison likatahran ja astiat olivat aivan likaisia. Se tosin taisi johtua astianpesukoneesta, koska itsekin pestyämme astiat, saimme ne samanlaisina takaisin. Suihkusta vuoti vettä lattialle, mutta se onneksi valui suht suoraan lattiakaivoon. Olisi myös ollut hyvä, jos kylpyhuoneessa olisi ollut lattiapyyhe erikseen, koska kylpyammeen reuna oli melko korkea ja sieltä joutui nousemaan märin jaloin märälle lattialle. Muuten huoneisto oli ihan siisti ja rauhallinen ja sijainti oli hyvä.

Yöpymisemme aikaina oli kova tuuli ja parvekkeen lasiovet pitivät kovaa meteliä heiluessaan tuulessa, kuin kattopelti olisi irronnut.

Modern, super clean, spacious We were so happy to stay here rather than a hotel. It is lovely to wash your clothes (air dry only) and have a kettle to make tea (no teapot though). No dishwasher, but a full sized fridge. Everything was new and we had everything we needed. Full bath tub in ours, and a comfortable bed (a real queen, not 2 singles put together). We had a terrace, but no view. The location is great. Across the street from Tallink City Hotel and 2 shopping malls, and above the Foorum mall. A nice grocery store in one mall, excellent Caffeine coffee shop and a few restaurants very close. About 15 minutes walk to the old town which is full of cafes and restaurants. It was easy to meet the person with the key. However, only one key was provided and it was needed to lock the door, which was inconvenient or unsafe (one person locked in if other goes out with key to be able to get back in).

excellent location, well connected by public transport right in front of the apartment and within walking distance to old town, shoping mall, supermarket and resturants. good city view over Old town, just A bit noisy with the traim and buses at night and early morning
