Getting to the apartment was extremely difficult, and the situation was made worse by how unsafe and challenging the stairs are—especially when carrying luggage. There was no one available to assist upon arrival, nor anyone to help with getting settled or even to discuss the possibility of changing units. Communication with management was nearly impossible, as responses were either delayed or nonexistent, which added to the frustration. After checkout, there was also no option provided to store luggage while exploring the city, which was highly inconvenient. Overall, the property is not suitable for anyone with special needs or mobility concerns. While the apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well furnished, the lack of support, poor management communication, and the physically demanding access due to the stairs significantly impacted the overall experience.
