"Overall this is a super hotel in a great location - next to the river and right in the older part of Melaka. The staff are excellent. There are a couple of minor 'howevers' from our 4 night stay: the bar wasn't open at all; and the restaurant was focused entirely on providing iftar buffet suppers. But, when, on 2 of the nights we stayed, we explained that we were staying in the hotel and wanted to eat in the restaurant (from the a la carte menu), the restaurant staff bent over backwards to accommodate us, even though this must have caused then significant inconvenience. We were happy, but it was unfortunate that the limitations with the restaurant and the bar were not communicated at the time of booking, so that we could either have decided to accept them or to book a different hotel."

"말라카에 거의 유일한 4.5성급 호텔로 객실과 직원들의 서비스가 아주 좋습니다. 바로 옆에있는 골프클럽에서 라운딩을 했는데 이동도 편리하고 호텔에 웬만한 식당이 있어 다른 곳으로 이동하지 않아도 편하게 즐길 수가 있었습니다. 특히 호텔에 있는 수영장은 안락하고 조용해서 마음에 들었습니다."

"We were automatically given a bigger room upon arrival because the family room we booked had some issues. The bathroom was huge with a jacuzzi! All amenities were working well. The hotel is just next to Jonker Walk, near all restaurants, street food stalls and souvenirs shops. The historic Malacca's attractions at Bandar Hilir are also within walking distances (about 15 minutes)."
