"The rooms are falling apart and left that way. No towel rack to hang your wet towel but you can see where they patched up holes for the racks. tile isn't grouted so its just collecting mold from the water in the bathroom. The shower tub is warped so there's air pockets under it. They didn't finish tape and mud on the seams so you can see the sheet rock and edges. There's a weird opening above the lights thats just open to electrical wiring with a shower and the steam thats just asking for...

"Check in was horrible. After a long drive, arriving late due to traffic, no one wants an issue at checkin for a room that already paid for. The front desk clerk was new and made an error that stated I owed $260. I showed her that I already paid the room booked on expedia. It was a lot of back and forth, she needed to call the manager due to her error. The whole ordeal took 20-25 minutes. At 11:30pm its not good. Finally went to the room. The room was fine. Recommend adding the exact address for the main gate.
Difficult finding exact apartment. Numbers on roadside of apartments. Recommend adding to instructions to look for the building marker on a sidewalk post, not on the actual building.
Access instructions seemed to suggest that there was a designated parking spot for the unit. Circled around numerous times looking for designated spot, but never found one. Only areas with designated parking numbers...

"I had 3 days without electricity and I tried to contact the phone number for their maintenance and no one replied. I also asked reception to help me, who were barely there during the day. Once I finally found someone at the office/reception they said they have no idea what to do. They also called the same phone number for maintenance and like for me, no one replied. If you stay here prepare to be left completely on your own if any issue arises. No electricity is border line third world country...
