Staff aren’t very helpful, pool had way too much chemical in it (green and cloudy and WARM), our room had so many ants in it, bad location (cost us a lot of $$ if we wanted to go anywhere) they say at the front desk there is a shuttle for guests checking out but it costs 500 pesos. Staff amazing and the room was everything the photos showed. Great beach Bit to far away from things, 3 weeks was too much and we left earlier than we had booked for Restaurant staff went above and beyond but the food wasn’t the greatest Would certainly recommend it for a shorter stay
