"Staff was friendly and helpful. If you went to Mexico or Dominican for all inclusive before then this resort will be a bit different experience. "The food was was not very good and always the same. The pool bar staff do not like their jobs…never saw a smile out of one of them during our stay. Other staff very nice. This resort reminded me if being in Cuba a few years ago."
