Parking was $10 per day which was a surprise for this area. There are plenty of parking spaces around here.
A large young lady named Hallee (?) at the front desk was extremely rude when I brought down the keys that stopped working second day the row. She gave me a nasty attitude and said “I’m just working here” and was clearly inconvenienced by me. If she doesn’t embrace hospitality business, she is at a wrong place. She then told me she will speak with the management with even nastier tone. She seemed very angry every time I saw her.
I thought Breakfast was good. Ladies working the breakfast were very pleasant, helpful to small children and topping off with more. There’s no 24 hr coffee station with coffee in it or any cups, their drink machine at breakfast was broken. Their infused water station was mostly empty after breakfast. Ice machine next to the elevator was a nice amenity.
It was a packed weekend with many kids running around loudly, perhaps some drunk, slamming doors and cussing middle of the night. Walls are thin, it woke me up throughout the night. Second night I called the front desk, and he was very courteous and quick to calm the situation.
There are plenty of other hotels nearby. I wouldn’t stay here again.
