I travelled all the way from marrakesh to find this out and for all my trouble and money i had to pay to sort myself out, hotels.com have so far offered me a £25 gift card, when you would at least expect a full refund, minimum! I also had trouble with my hotel in marrakesh and last minute.com fully refunded me pretty much instantly and had the offer of claiming compensation. I cant believe they are still advertising...

"So ill start with everything good then ill go to what I didnt like. The atmosphere and the way everything looks is amazing, I loved that about the hotel, honestly very nice, the Spa, Hammam and massage was fantastic I would love to do again. The staff were very friendly and helped us with multiple things. There are multiple places to eat close by which makes it a great location. I didnt really eat at the hotel because it is very overpriced, an Omelette there is like 16€ when you can go to a cafe...

"We visited in December so we didn't really have the opportunity to enjoy the pool. Our seaview balcony allowed us to enjoy sunsets. However, the balcony also faces a neighboring rooftop bar. 5 out of the 10 nights we were there, music was blasting til 1 am or later. "

You get the traditional riad feel even though it's quite new but plenty of authentic Moroccan charm which makes it really cosy and friendly. We were given an update on our original booking which was a bonus. The staff couldn't be more helpful with anything we wanted. Location wise was great, just a short walk to the beach and promenade and plenty of taxis around if you wanted to go a bit further, but also able to walk...
